Delete Your Account Data

You can ask us to delete all data held on your Toraken account at any time. One account is shared across Toraken AI Search, AiNote and dosi-in.com, so one request covers all of them. This page explains how to ask and what is removed.

1. How to request deletion

Email hn@toraken.com from the same email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Data deletion request". We use the sending address to confirm that you own the account.

We process requests within 30 days and send a confirmation email when it is done.

2. What is deleted

Your account profile: email address, display name, profile picture and the identifier from the sign-in provider (Google or Facebook)
Sign-in timestamps and every open session
Data tied to your account in each product that uses it

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign in again afterwards, a new account is created from scratch.

3. Disconnect immediately

You do not have to wait for us to cut the connection. In Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, choose Toraken and remove it. In your Google Account, open Security, then Third-party apps and services, choose Toraken and remove access.

This blocks future sign-ins. Data already stored is deleted only when you send the request above.
